I was born and raised in Burbank, California. Leon had his studio on Magnolia Blvd in Burbank...about a mile from my home. Mr. Russell was the consummate professional and Southern Gentleman. And one of the most beautiful individuals I have known. This tribute leaves me in a heap of tears.

I heard this song, not often played on the radio, a couple of years back on the radio. Of course, Billy is top-quality performance on this one. But at the end of the song, the DJ came on and said, "How amazing was Dusty's bass on this one? Fantastic!" That is the power of great music.
